Tuition Fees for 2025-2026

* The above fees will cover day-to-day tuition, the use of text and library books, basic stationery and general educational materials, appropriate to the particular grade.
* The above tuition fees were approved by the Shanghai Pudong Development and Reform Committee on 30th June 2025.

Other Fees

* The above service charges were approved by the Shanghai Pudong Education Bureau on 27th July 2020, 27th July 2022 and 21st July 2025.

The costs will also be charged separately by our service providers and will be paid to them directly if pupils take part in the following activities where participation is voluntary:

•  co-curricular activities
•  school trips and events
•  individual music instrumental tuition

For those children who are eligible to receive the appropriate government subsidy, the amount will be deducted from their tuition fees.
 

Application Cost

Please note the following:

•  Hiba Academy Shanghai does not charge or accept any application or admissions fees.
•  You should not pay any sum of money (in cash or in kind) or give gifts to any individual as part of the application process.
•  Hiba Academy Shanghai only accepts applications directly from a family and not via any agent or similar educational establishment. Any agent or individual claiming that they have a preferential admissions relationship with Hiba Academy Shanghai should be reported to the school office by email to
